Text Box: The primary purpose of this role is to provide high quality reception services to Pacific College’s various customers and partners, and administrative support to the Pacific College admin team. This role would be well suited to someone interested in developing their administrative skills in the educational industry in particular. 

The role involves managing reception, handling incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients, assisting student admissions, record keeping and database management, coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with staff time sheets, and student attendance input, as well as petty cash and the ordering of all necessary stationary. The role also involves support to senior staff and teachers along with other general administrative duties. Because Pacific College caters to a high percentage of international students, it will be important to be familiar with the needs that people sometimes have when adjusting to living in a new country.

To be successful it is essential that you possess:
§	A minimum 6-12 months reception/administrative experience
§	Strong communication skills
§	Excellent customer service skills
§	Comfort and confidence in relating to people from different cultures
§	Outstanding organisational, multi-tasking and priority management skills
§	Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Access
